The technician arrived on time, and was very professional. He took precautions to take care of my flooring and the door frames. He cleaned 3 bedrooms and my sofa, all of which were pretty soiled from three young children and dogs. There was only one small area in the sofa that didn't come clean. He really took his time to get the areas clean. I have used other companies in the past and they spent about half the time cleaning the same areas. The drying time was much faster than I've experienced with other companies which is very important to me having three small children at home. He was also very kind to my children who asked a lot of questions. I would definitely use again and recommend.
