It is unfortunate that you have posted what you to believe was poor customer service. Your vacant property was on our Saturday schedule but the facts as you have listed is not completely accurate. Per the conversation with you at the time of scheduling for this appointment you were advised that since you were in another state and the key was to be left under the mat, that it would be necessary for you to answer the phone call from our technician prior to his travel to the property. You were also advised that if the technician did not receive an answer, he would have to move on to the next appointment. The technician made a total of four (4) calls to two different phone numbers within 15 mins, and never received an answer and left messages on each number. Our office is not opened on Saturday, the technician manages his Saturday schedule and followed instructions appropriately on his work order regarding your vacant property. When no one is present for the appointment, and we cannot contact the persons scheduling the appointment, we cannot provide service. Again, when you scheduled the appointment with me, I was very clear that if the technician did not get an answer from you, he would not be traveling to the property. As for the return phone call from you, our weekend service did not receive a call from you for an hour, by that time the technician was well into his next appointment.
