After some of my items were broken, like my head boarded my bed and some pots and pans were missing, the team were very proactive in reaching out to me and ensuring everything was resolved. They even refunded my money after the bad experience.Then we used TMG. Overall great service and especially when they make a mistake, they take responsibility and make it right, which I appreciate, as many companies don't do that. Moving forward, I will give them a five-star review.
