Texas Movers Group is a complete mess and is the worst miving comoanybthat I have ever experienced. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional, rude, and frauds. They quoted me at $1275 to move my furniture from Houston to Dallas and doubled the price once they got to my location. They were suppose to call me to give me a specific date and time that they would pick up my items and they didnt. I waited several days and when I didnt hear from them I decided to calle to confirm that they were still coming and they still didnt even have a date for my pickup determined. This should have been a sign for me to cancel my contract with them, but since I made a $300 deposit I decided to just finish the deal so that I wouldn't lose that money. Anyway, these idiots didnt even have a copy of my documents that I emailed to them for my deposit. They prettt much neglected to complete anything that we discussed and agreed upon. They even told me that I could pay in check then demanded cash on site when they evetually arrived. When i called the office to talk to a manager, a rep by the name of Bridget was nasty and unprofessional. She yelled at me, insulted me, and then hung up the phone on me. She is disgusting and needs to be terminated immediately! Overall, this was a complete nightmare and I encourage you to not use this company if you care about moving your stuff in a quick and professional manner, and simply having an honest transaction!
