Doubled the move cost from estimate. Horrible customer service that bullied and berated us as customers for simply asking about deliver dates. Damaged property during move and did not hire professional packers; day laborers simply threw possession into boxes with no packing material. Filed a moving claim and they use multiple claims services companies to get out of paying claims. Deceptive company and horribly unprofessional.
