C Coakley Relocation Systems was an excellent moving company to work with! I adored Matt, who was the sales guy. He was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and always stayed in contact pre-move, during the move, and even post-move, in fact. I even said, "Can you give me some tips on what will move this whole process along?" You name it, he had an answer for it.

I don't know that I asked this question, but I was a bit surprised with how long the actual moving day took. We've expanded recently in ways I'm not familiar with, moving into larger homes, so maybe that was partly my fault not knowing how long it would take. I just wish I'd know it would have taken until 9pm to finish on the day of the move. I'd have set up some childcare or done other things to plan ahead. That would be my only feedback, that maybe they could give people a little more of a heads up so people can plan accordingly, but like I said maybe that was a bit of my fault.

The moving crew was fantastic. They actually made it fun, because I worked along side them most of the day. They were sweet, kind, and courteous. They were always careful and if they were in doubt they made sure to ask questions.

The other thing I would highly recommend, I'd almost rather have it built into the price, is letting people know on the front end about the service they offer to pick up moving boxes after they are fully unpacked. Even if you snuck it into your price and they say something like "As a courtesy we'll come back and get the boxes for you." I know that sounds kind of sneaky but I'd rather have it built into the price.
