This was our second time using C Coakley Relocation Systems, we used them previously in 2005 and 2006. This time around we had moved from Milwaukee to the Charlotte area; we had two homes in Milwaukee so those two homes were downsized and brought to Charlotte. Now we're moving back from Charlotte to Milwaukee so our things are in storage there currently. When we called to make the appointment to move back they scheduled us right away. I worked with Matt and he called back within 24 hours. We had to decide if we would have someone come out and measure and we decided to do it because we didn't know what we were going to take or store. The gal who came in to do the measuring was in and out in 15 minutes, she was really nice and obviously knew what she was doing. The move itself took less than four hours. They brought a big crew, it must have been 5 guys, and they were really careful with our things. They saw some scratches on the floor that were already there and pointed them out to me so I would know, and they also saw some existing discoloration on a rug and pointed that out as well. They were really thorough. I think the best thing about the whole process is that I had someone assigned to me (Matt) so I worked with him throughout the whole thing. The billing person called often just to ask how things were going, if everything was ready and etc. They would call and let me know when things were packed and when it was unpacked or vaulted, just kept me updated, and they were honest with me about what they were doing. The whole process was really easy and they returned calls right away. Overall I'm really pleased with C Coakley and I highly recommend them!
