There was water inside of our basement that saturated the walls and carpets. Radiant Cleaning Services, Inc. were able to extract the water and deodorized the carpet. I can't say that the results were excellent but they were great because although the majority of the carpet smells okay there are still some parts where it has an odor. Nevertheless, I'm pleased with the results. The company is responsive and they were able to ease our concerns which gave us peace.
