Apollo Plumbing...Taking advantage of seniors and the handicapped!

Apollo plumbing charged my father-in-law (Herb) $1,400 to fix a pinhole leak in a pipe in his yard. After showing up their plumber told my father-in-law it will cost him ~$2,000 to dig the hole and fix the leaking pipe, but their plumber offered to reduce the price if the 83-year-old handicapped man (who's had a quadruple bypass) dig the 18" hole _himself_...right then and there with a shovel. Which Herb did!

Apollo's plumber then cut a small section of black poly pipe out that had a pinhole leak and repaired it with an inexpensive barbed fitting. Afterwards the 83-year-old filled the hole himself.

We called Apollo Plumbing multiple times to dispute the $1,400 charge for this "work" and they claim this is their "going rate".

We called numerous other plumbing companies and agreed that Apollo Plumbing robbed this handicapped and partially deaf senior citizen.
