Average Experience

I had an average experience with Unique Window Treatments. They did a good job overall. They installed electric blinds, curtains, and lighting. They did a good installation and everything turned out okay. However, a few weeks ago one blind stopped working. We found out that a motor had stopped working and the blind needs to be replaced. That was about three weeks ago and we're still waiting for the replacement. It's just been dragging along. Their pricing was okay, though I'd say it was not cheap and was a touch expensive,

We're sorry to hear that you felt our service was average. This particular case involved a motorized shade and a system hub that had to be replaced. We had to follow the manufacture's protocol and have the hub replaced first before we could address the shade to ensure the issues with the shade were not a result of the failed hub. After we replaced the hub, we could determine that the shade was faulty and had it replaced too. Unfortunately the shade was due to be shipped at a certain date, but that date was postponed by the manufacture. Regretfully, we don't always have full control over the timing of shipments. Eventually, both the shade and the hub were covered by the warranty and the client didn't have to pay for the replacements. We believe we took good care of our client and used best practices.
