I hired this company after I saw the reviews, I needed the air ducts cleaned and also the carpet. The carpet looked great right after cleaning, but a few hours later the spots came back and I also noticed new reddish spots. I was called by someone at the company the next day and I told her. She said that somebody will get back to me. I haven't got a call from them. They basically did what I could have done with a Rug Doctor.
