This turned out to be a major water line break that required heavy equipment to locate, dig up and repair. Mark Johnson came out within hours after we called with back hoe. They located the break, cut out the section broken and replaced it. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. They always promptly take care of my major plumbing problems at our hospital.
