When I called to make an appointment I talked to Stefanie and she was great. She setup an appointment that worked for my schedule and let me know that I would not be billed until the plumber came out and diagnosed the problem. If I wanted to proceed I would then be provided with an estimate to help make my decision.
On the day of my appointment i received a text letting me know who the technician was, a little bio about him, a photo and his van number - wow! I was very impressed with that communication. Quinn showed up and listened to all of my thoughts on what could be wrong (bless his heart) and he was so kind. He gave me his professional opinion of what he thought was going on and provided me with an detailed explanation and estimate of what needed to be done. And he also let me know it was going to be a two person job so he couldn’t do it that day but gave me an appointment time for 2 days later. I approved the estimate and two days later they came and fixed my problem!

I was so impressed with Quinn, his expertise and kindness, and the overall experience I had with Mark Johnson Plumbing. They are truly all about the customer.
