Tim Kolb from ATS Home Inspections is somethin' else. He's one of a kind! He's my go-to guy, my right hand. When I met him he gave a very thorough presentation of how he does his services. I had 2 other horrific experiences with inspectors who gave half-baked reports that were not approve-able. So I fired one and since I met Tim Kolb I've had none of those problems. He's accurate on the reports, and his prices are more than fair. He's so honest and sincere, he doesn't hesitate to say all that he finds in an inspection. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I've been working with him 2-3 years now. I always tell my clients, you can hire anyone you like to do the inspection, but we always recommend Tim. I am honestly very surprised he charged so little for his services. It's really above and beyond. He prefers that both the client and the realtor be present in all home inspections. He uploads all his photos from the inspection and explains everything from his findings in detail before filing a report, which is very helpful.

With anyone who hires him, he does a presentation and says, we have these days available what will work best for you? He makes it fit the client's schedule. He's never negative, never complains at all. Some people have a bad attitude coming into the job, but not Tim. Ge will maintain a happy attitude even if he's in a hot attic getting stuck with fiberglass insulation. He give off really good vibes. We really appreciate him and I sincerely hope his business grows more. Another important thing to keep in mind is that he is very responsive. He returns calls, provides his phone number, email, etc. He responds promptly to any kind of communication he receives. Although Tim is a one man show right now, he makes time out of his personal time to make the schedule work for the client. He is not wishy-washy with scheduling at all.
