They were recommended by my realtor. This was my first time using ATS Home Inspections LLC, and I had them inspect a new condominium I was buying. That turned out fine; it's a relatively new property, so there were not many issues. I found out that there are some limitations to what areas they can inspect. But the inspector wanted to make sure all the systems were working, and I learned about systems I would not have thought of. Altogether it took about an hour and fifteen minutes. I might want to compare with another service if I needed an inspection in the future, but ATS Home Inspections LLC did an okay job.
