This was my first time using ATS Home Inspections and it was a good experience overall. He was just very informative. He took his time in examining the place. He took the time to make sure that he not only made suggestions for what repairs were needed but that I had a complete understanding of why something needed to be done. There were also several things where he provided guidance. Like, he said this needed to be repaired, but I would be okay with waiting a year before getting it done. He was very polite and professional. The report he generated was easy to understand and, again, very informative. It even included pictures and made suggestions about what needed to be done right away or what could be delayed for a little time. I really appreciated this company.
