He was very patient and took time to explain things to us. Their extra benefits, such as a recommendation for a home warranty, were excellent. All their benefits were phenomenal, better than anything else I've seen on the market. The price for their service was fair. I had never needed this type of service before, but if I do in the future I would go back to them.
