I haven't really tried other property management companies, but from my experience with D&M Management I will never have to. Having to deal with a tenant that hadn't paid in four months prior to me hiring them; I had an attorney that seemed to not care about my personal finances and made me waste another three months with the tenant still living there rent free. D&M was able to setup a new attorney that was able to evict the tenant five days after retaining them.
D&M Management knows what they are doing in their respective field, and through the whole process that my property has gone through, they've been very adamant about removing the tenant, doing all this without any profit as of yet.
The pricing for their services is very competitive with other management services and is completely worth it for how hard they work for my best interest.
All things considered, I would highly recommend D&M Management to anyone that is renting out their property.
