CRC Concrete Raising and Repair

An okay job

I asked CRC Concrete Raising and Repair to raise my concrete driveway slab, and install new expansion joints. The joint expansion team did a good job for me, and I really liked them. I was not as happy with the slab leveling team. They did an okay job, but I am not satisfied that it is completely level. I plan on calling them back out to make sure that it has been leveled correctly.

Mike, We are somewhat bewildered, as you were on site when the work was done and Billy explained the process and progress with you. He even did some additional work for you at the driveway approach. I would have thought that if you had any issues with the project that you would call and we would address it in a timely manner, before publishing a "Bad Review." Billy informs me that he did eliminate all trip hazards and raised the driveway slabs as best possible. We would be happy to take a look and see what areas you are not happy with.
