The company didn't deliver on their promise, I had a cracked in the patio slab, they came out to fixed my patio , when the job was finished, you can still see a half inch low on the lower slab that they raised, they promised to have the patio completely raised to meet the original slab, when all said and done , I told them that it need to get better ,they give me all kind of excuses, and they claim it couldn't get better and they demand the full amount. Manager came out to check it and said he will talk to his boss,
Next day, I get an email, claiming that they had to use more material than projected and they will not charge me for the extra material. The person that did the job didn't say anything about using extra material.
They originally said we give you 2 years warranties, now they said it is only one year
1- Patio still need repair to lift it up, I need to hire a new company to do it right, this will be costing more money
2- The job was not satisfactory and refund should have been made, since they fail to deliver on their promised
3-before you get them to do any job, go out and see some jobs they did.
4- The product and system has a future but it is far from perfect. They need to do more to get it to work as it is intended .
