When I decided to replace my old, outdated windows, I decided to check out the Window Design Group after seeing their ad in the newspaper. I explained what I mainly wanted from the new windows and Chris my sales rep explained what product would be the best option for me. I looked at the various options they had and never felt rushed by Chris. He answered all of the questions I had regarding all of the products. I even told him I wasn't sure if I was ready to have my windows replaced yet since it was a major upgrade and wasn't something I wanted to take too lightly. Even knowing this, Chris still treated me as a customer who was ready to get windows right then and there.

From that point on, they kept in contact with me and kept me updated of the progress. The measure technician, Tony, contacted me on the appointment date because he was available earlier than the scheduled appointment and since I was also available, he came early and I was able to get the measurements out of the way earlier than expected. He promptly measured all my windows and the order to manufacture the windows was placed at that time. The windows took about 3 weeks to manufacture at the which it worked out perfectly around my schedule so this was not an issue for me.

For the day of installation, they provide you with a one hour time frame when they will show up instead of the four hour or more time frame cable companies and other companies give you. On the day of installation, the installers showed up about 30 minutes early, started setting up and were ready to go right at the beginning of the time frame they provided. This was a huge deal to me since I hate waiting around for someone to show up and hate when someone doesn't show up when they say they will. All of the installers who showed up looked like they knew exactly what needed to be done and during the entire job, they all constantly worked and were all doing their own thing to get the job done. Extra kudos to Jordan because every time I would walk around to see the progress, he would update me and would explain things to me that I may have questions about later. They finished installing all of the windows and sliding doors in a timely manner. They also laid out drop cloths throughout my condo during the installation process and also cleaned up after themselves.

Once the windows were installed, I felt they performed as expected. When the sun was beating down on a window, I felt minimal heat transfer and noticed the outside sound was reduced significantly. Not to mention the other features of the windows such as how smoothly they opened and closed, the screens, the locks, etc.

Since my windows were installed, I have already referred one of my neighbors to Chris and will not hesitate to refer family and friends to Window Design Group should they have a need to replace their windows. Finally, I may also consider custom window coverings for my windows in the future and plan to have Window Design Group do that as well, should I decide to do that.
