In love with our shutters! We had other companies come give us bids and they were all super salesmany - pushy and overstayed their welcome. Jenna at window design group is an outstanding sales person and was no pressure at all to work with. She came and took measurements efficiently, gave us a great bid, and got our shutters on order. The girls in the office kept me up to speed on the delivery status and the two guys that came to install were great too! Super friendly and knowledgeable. The final product looks outstanding throughout the house. Once I replace all of my windows in the house, we will for sure be using window design group again. They offer quality products, and actually care about their customer's satisfaction, which is rare these days!
