THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY

I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! STAY AWAY!
PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!! WORST COMPANY EVER!
My problems started back on MY BIRTHDAY back in OCTOBER 2019. We called them to do
our windows and they sent over their contractor Kevin. Kevin is a great sales rep - will sell you
the moon and the stars bull and set you up for failure. He gave us the run around and did a
whole window display (don’t let the kindness fool you). It’s almost like he took advantage of the
fact that we are new home owners. He did measurements and we explained EVERYTHING and
went over everything just to make sure we were all on the same page. He sent over quotes and
estimates for 13 windows - and we all agreed on the same things, they had no problem taking
my downpayment same day and personal info - wish the window service was just as fast.
They sent over another man to do “final” measurements and we double checked with him
everything thing we had talked about so that there was no mistakes. They told us 4-6 weeks!
December 2019 comes around…we’ve been waiting 4-6 weeks for the windows we set up an
installation date - we lost out on work because we had to make sure one of us was there for
them to install - the dispatcher sent us a message letting us know someone was on their way…
no one arrived! We called and they told us “No one is working today - It was supposed to be
cancelled” LIKE WHAT?!?! No one told us this…In their contract it says if we cancel they
charge a $250 fee - so of course I was like now they owe us money for not even telling us!
They told us they would compensate us for our time. Don’t know why I believed them but hey
maybe I was having a good day and they caught me off guard. Moving forward we scheduled
an installation date for later in December.
Installation day came….we only got 10 of our 13 windows correct and installed. 1 window was
completely wrong (the one that I told Kevin was my dream picture window that everyone on the
block was gonna see) and they didn’t even order the other 2! So of course at this point we are
frustrated and Kevin is no help and we start reaching out to the manager Tanya. Tanya pretty
much got fed up with us and was extremely rude to us when we were nice. In the real world
people give what they get. Like Kevin she was “going to sort it out” - she IS NEVER in the
office and always on 2-3HR lunches. Like how disrespectful can you be to your customers.
Isn’t the rule that the customers always right? Finally she started responding to my fiancé via
phone and we thought we were all coming to an agreement over windows. They sent over
anther man to do new measurements on what was missing - waited 3-4 weeks for these.
Installation day 2 came around…THE 2 WINDOWS STILL NEVER GOT ORDERED - and the
picture window I wanted was not even the right size. And they still installed it and cheated the
sizing. LIKE I THOUGHT THEY WERE PROS! WHAT IS HAPPENING! So of course now things
are worse than before. Tanya refused to let anyone else handle the situation because she’s the
GM but at this point she’s a liar - telling us things to keep us happy so to say. Nothing is
getting done nothing is getting fixed to our liking so yeah I disputed the purchase - WE ARE
NOT GONNA PAY A DIME TILL THE JOB IS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. I tried to cancel
but they tell you “oh they’re custom windows blah blah blah” so they just make you suffer.
We
are in February 2020 now. Ask me whats been accomplished - NOTHING. So my fiancé told
Tanya we wanted to deal with Cynde - Tanyas manager. I told my fiancé I didn’t trust Tanya at
this point and didn’t want her handling our file - and he agreed. THEY NEVER CALL YOU
WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL! - like we just wanted the windows done. My fiancé let me listen
in on a phone call with both of them and as previously discussed we did not wanna deal with
Tanya because she is rude and hasn’t did her job so in turn makes us feel like shes lying - and
Cynde told him she had to stay on the line only to listen so that she can take notes - and he
told her no because we don’t trust her; like when they say the person is just there to listen why
are they talking? Ha Tanya..she was just supposed to sit and listen - she could have defended
herself way before when she was rude in the beginning. But now that her boss is involved she
wanted to speak up and explain herself; so no naturally you get cut off your just supposed to
take notes. Then she kept arguing with my fiancé who of course is now furious because they
don’t respect him and they hung up. Cynde…had the audacity to email saying my fiancé
bullied Tanya and name called her and had RACIST BEHAVIOR. HAHAHA LIKE ARE YOU
SERIOUSLY THROWING OUT RACIST BEHAVIOR BECAUSE WE ARE DEFENDING OUR
SELVES AND YOU DON’T LIKE WHEN PEOPLE CHALLENGE YOU! We are ethnic minorities
and deal with real life racism everyday! So please do not go there because Tanya cant take the
attitude she gives.
I do not know whats gonna happen moving forward but save yourself! Or they will play you like
they did us - don’t let the self written reviews reel you in. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WINDOW
COMPANY EVER.
