I have been renting a unit at Budget Self Storage for about a month. The guy that helped me, I'm trying to remember his name, he was very kind, very polite and, yeah, he helped me a lot. I had a very good experience with him. I've been there a total of 3 times and he has always been good about answering questions and that sort of thing. Very helpful. The price is definitely fair, especially coming from the Bay Area where I lived before. It's a very good choice and they have very good customer service, very good prices, very clean and very organized place. I really like it. I'm super happy with it so far.
