I have been a customer of Budget Self Storage for a while. I wasn't happy with them previously because the rain was coming into my storage unit and a lot of my stuff got ruined. The guy I complained too didn't do anything and my stuff continued to get rained on all winter. When Clyde and Annette started working at Budget Self Storage they really helped me out and hired some repair men to come and fix up my storage unit. Currently, I am very happy with the storage unit and feel like my items are safe and secure. Thanks Clyde and Annette!
