I definitely recommend Budget Self Storage, I have been using them since 2010. The location is very convenient and even though the management has changed, I'm always treated very well. They have a new manager and she introduced herself to me and we shook hands and she appears to be very pleasant.
The facility is kept clean and neat and each of the managers that I have come across, maybe it's been 3 of them, they have all been very pleasant and helpful. There was one time when I had to move my couch and one of the guys that worked there helped me do it. I am an older woman so I thought that was very nice.
I like the storage and everything is fine with it for me.
