When I signed up for the service 3 years ago they were very responsive and easy to work with but when we moved and no longer needed the service I got the run around. I tried to contact them several times through phones calls and emails but never once got a return call or email. I finally had to file a BBB report to get them to cancel my service. I thought it was done but I got a call from a collection service a month later saying I owed them about $900. I checked my bank statement and realized they charged me for canceling the service and for sending it to the collection agency ( They charged my bank for sending it to a collection agency!). I looked at my contract and it never said anything about a termination fee and the fact they they never called or emailed to tell me that their is a termination fee is just crazy. I was also setup on auto pay so the fact they sent it to a collection agency with out contacting me first makes me feel this was just retaliation for filing a BBB report on them. The collection agency tacked on a few hundred dollars on top of what Safe Systems said I owed them. What kind of business does this? I've never seen such an unethical business in my life.
