We have a complex system with burglary & a badge reader security system along with handicap doors tied into it. It needs someone who can trouble shoot and determine if the locksmith ( who installed the door devices) or the automatic door company needs to be involved in the trouble shooting. The Amag software is also complex and needs someone that knows how everything works.
