Flat Fee Landlord are my property managers. I would rate them highly because they were able to get my landlord to do some upgrades to the home I'm renting that were pretty important. Michael was one of my first points of contact with them when I got there, and he was able to help me out with getting information and getting my landlord to do what was necessary. He was very quick in getting back to me. If I ever needed anything, I could literally just text him and he would make himself available. I like being able to reach them 24/7. It's always nice when people extend their personal number to you- and I do the same with some of my clients- so I appreciate when people are able to do that.
