Flat Fee Landlord is my property management company and I really like their responsiveness. Quentin is the guy who does property management for me and he is always quick to get back to me. I appreciate him keeping me filled in since I am a first-time landlord. Their prices are reasonable. I went with them because a neighbor recommended them to me.
