Flat Fee managed the property I rented for nearly two years very well. We had four total roommates in the house, and the online system, ability to post questions, and responsiveness of the assigned manager (Quentin) were all beneficial for us. The online portal for payment was especially nice, as well as online tracking of maintenance or other requests. The only minor complaint I have is that there was one maintenance vendor who we disagreed with on the burden of payment, but ended up having to pay him rather than Flat Fee covering.

Overall would strongly recommend.
