I have been using Flat Fee Landlord for a few weeks to mange a property of mine on the other side of the country and they have been great. Their user interface was exactly what I was looking for and I can honestly say that they have checked off every box on my list of criteria that I had for a property management. They are highly responsive to every inquiry I've had and have accomplished everything that I could have hoped for. All of this, thankfully, has been done at a substantially lower price than their competitors. I simply couldn't ask for more!
