Flat Flee Landlord manages my townhouse, found tenants, and manages the property. It took kind of long time to rent it out. It was not an excessive amount of time, just longer than I would have liked. Also, when the management goes to write up service reports, they show who they hired to make repairs and the cost, but no details as to what was done, and that would be beneficial. However, they are very responsive and stay in contact, which is really good.
