I just spent a whole year having to deal with this people and they are the worst. From the very beginning, they did a horrible job screening a tenants form me. The tenant paid his rent late from the very first month and at the 3rd month i qas already asking Flatfee landlord to evict them, which they didn't. I even had confirmation from my neighbors that the tenant was living in my house with an adult (his wife) and 2 dogs that weren't listed on the lease. They did nothing to have the tenant add his wife to the lease nor pay additinally for the dogs. Staring July 2021 the tenant decided he wasnt going to pay rent no more. 4 long months went by without receiving rent payments and nothing was being done by Flatfee landlord, despite of all my efforts to evict the tenant. Anyways, when Flatfee landlord finally decided to follow up with the eviction, (4 months later), the lease was already up. The tenant ended up living in the house past the lease and ended up evicted but after the lease contract expired. Later after the tenant finally left the house, Flatfee landlord didn't even inspect the house to add to the tenants bill. The house was full of garbage, spoiled food in the refrigerator, the dog dug holes all over the backyard, holes on the walls, and stains on the walls. It cost me $2100 to fix and clean the house, money I am not able to charge anyone, since flatfee landlord didnt do a end of lease inspection to the house.
