I received the capitol one more approval and had to use it at Yonkers auto mall. I was skeptical, and I have always tossed them, but for some reason, I held on to this one. I went on this website and looked at the inventory, saw what I wanted and slept on it. The next day, I called, and left a message. Jennifer called back but I was at work and told her I'm available after 7pm, hoping no one would ca!!. The next day Gina called.and she heard the apprehension in my voice and asked if she could explain the program, I listened. Still a little uneasy, I made an appointment. Went to the appointment, was introduced to Anthony. I sat with a face of, please don't try and buckshot me, and he did not. He explained everything to me in laymen terms. He showed me everything from the applications denied by the banks to the bank that approved at a much lower rate I previously had. Yes, I diwnsized, gotwould. a better suv, fully loaded and makes me feel better in that I know I was thought off throughout the whole process. Would I recommend Yonkers auto mall, yes I would!!!!! A satisfied customer.
