So we had been looking for about 3 months for a new Car we knew our price point and we’re ready. Unfortunately for us we never really got a positive experience looking at cars from Pennsylvania /Connecticut /New York & New Jersey from leased to buying outright.
We went all over from dealerships to small auto clubs. The cars were overpriced for the year/mileage or just overall shape they were in. We were very discouraged because the customer service if any was the WORST and this is an investment not just a car. A friend at work said try “Yonkers Auto Mall” and to be honest she had told me a month before, but I tried the dealerships first. I should have come to Yonkers Auto Mall first I would have saved 3 months of aggravation. From the moment we walked on the lot, we experienced what for me on the Westcoast is natural but not really natural on the Eastcoast . Professionalism, Courtesy, Patience and a sense of caring and that a car from here meant you were family and would come back to them. Eric was our car expert and explained everything in detail he didn’t rush us and answered all questions. Gina worked with our financing and I have to say over the last 30 years of buying cars this was by far the BEST service we have ever received. I would recommend anyone family, friends, co-workers anyone and everyone to come work with them for your next vehicle purchase We can’t thank you enough. Barbara
