I found Prudential HVAC when I was searching online, looking for a company that was located close to where I live. I recognized the Lennox products that I saw on their website, which was why I called them. It was an excellent experience, from start to finish.

The salesperson, who came out to the house first, was very professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel that he was trying to hard sell me something. I had 2 or 3 other bids but decided to use Prudential.

The installers were great. They replaced the furnace and installed new duct work. They had to run the duct into a room that did not have heat previously. They also put in a new AC unit.

I had an issue right afterward, when we had some cold weather. I called their 24-hour emergency hotline and they came out the same day, within hours of the time I called, to fix it. The last time they came out to help me, it was actually a Sunday...that was really impressive to me. I am very satisfied and have not had a problem since then.
