I give Martin RV Rentals four and a half stars. Everything was great, and it was pretty easy to book online. When we got there to pick up the RV, the people were very helpful. The walkthrough was great. This was my first time renting an RV, and they explained everything in detail. My only critique is that it was hard to reach someone prior to the reservation. When I called three or four weeks ahead, the phone wasn't answered and voicemails didn't get returned. I know they're busy because we saw that when we were there. I run a small business myself, so I know how it is. Sometimes, calls can slip through the cracks. However, once it got closer to our rental day, the people at Martin RV Rentals were more responsive. When I called one week ahead, they responded pretty quickly. Some of this is on me because I didn't try emailing them. I like to reach people directly by phone. We had a wonderful trip with our rental RV down to Myrtle Beach and then on to Disney World. I'd definitely recommend Martin RV Rentals.
