Booking our Motorhome was an easy experience, but during our trip we had a few issues that I addressed to Martin's when we returned the Motorhome. We had rain our second night and the back cabinet and bathroom both flooded with water. Our clothing in the closet was soaking wet. We also had issues with the AC unit. It was constantly dripping no matter what temperature you set it at. I made Martin's aware of these issues for future renters. I left several messages and would only get a response through emails. Both girls I emailed with said that they don't "normally" give refunds for issues because they can't fix the problem when it happens. Duh, can't fix a problem with your Motorhome when I am miles away on a trip!! I asked for a refund and got $50!! That's it. My husband and I spent more than $3000 for this Motorhome and I get $50 back for my issues that I put up with for 10 days. I also haven't received my $1000 security deposit back yet and we have been home for 3 weeks now. So, just a heads up, if you have any issues during your trip, don't expect a refund or an apology because Martin's won't give it to you. I found their response to my issues very unprofessional. It is a shame because they are the only company near my home that I was able to get rentals from. I will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.
