We rented a pull behind travel trailer from Martin RV Rentals and everything went pretty well. This was our first experience doing something like this, and there were a few bumps. The equipment was a 2022 Puma Travel Trailer and it was brand new! We reserved a different unit online but this one was the one that was available. There were some footprints on the carpeting, but they quickly took care of that for us. The unit was so new that the central heating unit had never been turned on. We needed to use it that first night and it set off the smoke alarm. We guess that there was some dust in the unit that needed to be burned off. But these were minor issues and nothing that would keep us from renting again from Martin RV Rentals. The staff there was very friendly and informative. They worked hard to make sure that the experience was enjoyable for us. Their rental process is very simple and all online. We would highly recommend Martin RV Rentals.
