I found Martin RV Rentals on Google and I am very pleased. I rented a 21' motor home from them. This was my first time using Martin RV Rentals and everything was smooth from start to finish. The staff was outstanding. They were very helpful through the booking and the pickup. They also helped during the trip with questions. They were quick to return phone calls, patient, while we were asking questions and thorough with their answers. When we went in to pick up the motorhome they did a good job showing us the features and explaining things about the unit. My only suggestion would perhaps be finding another way to update their invoicing. They had to handwrite a lot of details onto the invoice because the print out did not include things like how many extra miles were free and other details. Other than that everything was great and we had a wonderful trip. We would use Martin RV Rentals again!
