Martin RV Rentals is a spectacular company to work with! This was our first time using their services. We had been researching RV rentals online and they are the closest to us. The whole process of the rental was wonderful. We dealt with Audrey who was kind, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Every time we called she was quick to return our calls. When we went to inspect the RV she and another gentleman walked through the RV with us and showed us all the features and how to operate things. They took the time not only to explain that but also to answer any of the questions we had for them. While we were on the road we knew we could call in if we had questions but they had explained everything so well that we did not have any problems hooking anything up or using any of the sliders or the awning. We took it around Virginia and down to Gatlinburg then home. We will be calling them again soon to set up another rental for next year to go to Colorado! The RV was very neat and clean and it still smelled new!! We had a great experience with them and will absolutely use them again!
