It was enjoyable dealing with Martin RV. But unfortunately, it was poorly made
This was my first time using Martin RV Rentals. We rented a travel trailer for three nights. I have already returned it. It was not up to par. I gave a lower score because the trailer was brand new. It was a 2020 model. And right off the bat, the jack broke. And other things weren't working either. It was a long holiday weekend. Things just didn't work as expected. The touch button induction stove was outside. And the oven wouldn't light. There was a leak in the line running to the toilet. They demonstrated it at the shop. And everything was fine. I would have to say there were lots of minor irritations. I am glad I didn't buy a new one! In fact, we rented a popup. We had a good experience with it, and it was 15 years' old. It wasn't awful. It was just silly little things which took away from this awesome trailer. I feel like Martin was helpful. But the orientation to the machine was a little too fast. I would have expected more on the oven. And then I would have figured out that it did not light. Plus there was even something wrong with the steps.
