We have dealt with Martin RV Rentals several times before. We have rented other RVs that were much bigger. And they were all the same. So when we rented this last time, we expected the same experience. However, we were not happy with this one. It was much smaller and not well configured. I would tell a potential customer of theirs to be sure to get what you need in the RV before renting. This one was very cramped. I wouldn't use the same model again. I think it was called a Suncatcher. The other ones were comfortable. Although, we had our grandchildren with us. Therefore, it was not the size we needed for four people. I believe the kids didn't care. Of course, they were professional and friendly. And scheduling was easy. It was done over the phone. I would say they were knowledgeable, and we would recommend to our family and friends.
