I paid to have my RV all set up at a camp site so that when I got there around midnight I could move right in. When I arrived after midnight, the water was not hooked up and the hose they supplied leaked too badly to use. There was no water, no reserve water, no toilet use or toilet paper (a porta-potty 1/2 block away), and no heat. A camping neighbor helped me out the next day so I got water and heat and could enjoy the rest of my stay. The folks at Martin RV were very polite and did refund me one days rental fee, but it didn't make up for the disappointment and discomfort of my arrival.
