We rented an RV from Martin RV Rentals for a 5 hour away trip, but we had a few problems on the way. One of the fuses went off and we did not have hot water.

They were willing to help us, but being a few hours away and trying to look for a place to fix the problem can be a bit frustrating. But, they were very helpful and walked my husband, on the phone, through checking and troubleshooting the RV. We were able to fix the problem; although, I'm not sure if my husband had a refund for the expenses.

For the rental process, the were flexible. My son had broken one of our house windows, and fixing that problem before the trip changed our pick up time. They were willing to let us pick it up earlier; so that was good.
