First of all, I want to start by stating that I am happy with my tint and think it looks nice.

This was the first time I've ever had tint put on a car. I knew I wanted the ceramic, but wasn't quite sure about the shade of tint that would look good on my car. It was a brand new car, so I wanted to make sure I got it right. I didn't find the salesman helpful in choosing. The see the tint on your car software didn't help because they didn't have my color of car for an option. I do kind of wish I'd gone with the darker shade of tint now.

There are signs up saying you get a bottle of their cleaner to clean the tint and the salesman said that I get a bottle, but when I looked at my receipt, I saw I was charged for that. I wasn't given the option not to buy it, but was charged for it. I should have gone back in and returned it.
