I arrived at 8:10 for my 8:30 appointment, was greeted by staff on duty. I was shown my options for tint without pressure from the sales person. Made my decision based on the recommendations. I was shown the waitind area where I enjoyed a soft drink and a doughnut. At 8:30, my MKX was driven into the service bay and 20 minutes later the tinting was complete I drove away to enjoy the rest of my day. Thanks
