After being told the alarm I was purchasing would do what I wanted, it would not do it. It also ended up costing $200.00 more than originally told. I was basically told that his people had been there 12 years, implying that they would not do that. When I asked questions a very rude comment of 'read the manual' was stated. Have used this company in the past with good results, but will not use them again or recommend them. A customer goes to a company based on trusting them, they either did not know their product or just did not listen to the questions asked because they were too busy!
