I thought the whole experience was very good. Even though I had to return a few days later because of a problem with the initial installation, they resolved the problem quickly and to my satisfaction. This was particularly satisfactory since this was the first time they had installed Remote Start on a Honda Insight (Hybrid). I was a little annoyed with the mix-up in my reservation time and date.
